A 19th Century Irish Decoupage Bureau Desk

This highly unusual, moody and decorative bureau makes a wonderful centre piece.  The decoupage decoration is ornate and beautifully executed. This bureau is in two parts for easy transport.  It has three drawers, each opening with the same key.  The side has a secret compartment and when one opens the fall there is a writing slant with another hidden compartment underneath.  This lovely desk would slot in anywhere from a study to a hall or even a bedroom.
