A 1970's French Portfeuille Walnut Dining Table

A Table Portfeuille (or wallet table) is a traditional Provencal dining table.  It is named thus because of the ingenious way the top can be opened and swivelled to double its' size.  Made from antique walnut in the 1970's, this beautifully made piece has a full size cedar drawer.  Closed the table seats 4-6 and open it comfortably seats 8-10 people
