Two Red Hand Embroidered Chinoiserie Silk Panels in Red & Blue

These red embroidered panels (the blue are no longer available), taken from a standing screen. are most unusually on silk - this usually means they were of higher quality than the cotton ones and we can see from the vibrant silk colours here how beautiful they are. However silk is delicate - Charlotte has needed to use all of her skills to lovingly bring these wonderful panels back to life. We hope you'll agree that they look superb.  (Please see notes in condition report)  We have had them framed in contemporary black and this delicate silk is now kept under perspex to keep them from further damage.

Dimensions: Each panel measures: 133cm h x 50.5cm w x 4.5cm d

Condition: Please note that there is some minor creasing, this is unavoidable due to the conservation process but this is barely noticeable
