A Large Circa 1800 Venetian Painted Sofa with Camel Back & Serpentine Front

This rare and beautiful six-legged Venetian sofa is over 7 feet long.  The delicately hand painted base and legs are decorated with flowers and leaves.  This sofa not only has a camel back but also a serpentine front. This piece dates from 1800.  Unusually, it has four front legs and two back ones.  It has been reupholstered with antique linen and natural linen piping.
