A Pair of Magnificent 18th C Italian Gondola Armchairs with Footstool

A pair of large 18th century gondola shaped bergere armchairs with matching stool.  Of note are the sheer size and scale of these chairs which could almost be described as loveseats.  Tremendously comfortable, they can be placed facing each other with the stool between creating a good size daybed.  We have had the set reupholstered with Romo velvet in Rosemary - a blue green colour.

Condition: In excellent antique condition in keeping with age.
